On the island...

Just back from 5 days on Moreton Island, off the coast of Brisbane. What a spectacular place. Definitely in the Top 5 locations we've ever been too. We were lucky enough to be guided all over the island by our Aussie 'family' who made it a truly wonderful experience. Thanks, Walt & Stella! Here's a few quick shots. More to follow, hopefully with some notes about the place.

Great Ocean Road

Hi. Currently in Melbourne. It's beautiful city but surprisingly chilly! Spent yesterday travelling the Great Ocean Road - very aptly named. We were blessed with beautiful (albeit windy and chilly) weather and had time for some walks in the rain forest in Otway Reserve and lunch in Apollo Bay. Here's a few shots.

Day one, in Sydney, trying to recover from the 2 day trip from Spain. Had a nice walk around downtown to the opera house. Strange we get to see the opera house again the day the architect who designed it, Jorn Utson, passed away aged 90. Utson ws forced to resign from the project 7 years before it was completed due to budget issues and he never returned to Australia to see finished building.

Last post before our World Tour

Hi All
Sorry for the 'radio silence', been busy getting busy over the last few weeks. We're heading off to Australia tomorrow so wanted to get a few shots up before we leave. These are from Janique and Eddy's wedding which we were lucky enough to photograph a month or so ago. They're a lovely couple and have such a wonderful family. It really was a special day. The highlight for me was when Eddy, who is a quiet chap, pulled out some heart-shaped flashing glasses during the 'first dance'. You had to be there..... Anyway, enjoy, and I'll be posting regularly during our Australian World Tour so check back soon. Phill

The only way to get to Venice from the airport

Log Jam Venice

Just back from Venice...

Just spent a great week with one of the world's greatest wedding photographers, Yervant (http://www.yervantblog.com/) and his lovely wife, Anie, in Venice. Venice is very much a tourist destination but one of my new Top 5 world locations. If you haven't been, GO! Here's a few shots.

First Post

It's been a long time coming, but here's my first post to my new Coe Blogs blog. I am in the middle of a very busy period at the moment and have some exciting things ahead so I have no excuse not to post regularly. Please say 'hi' if you feel like it.
Ciao.
